In
the mid-90s, many corporations leveraged the accounting
skills of the "Big Five" consultancies to
focus on Y2K remediation and/or implementation of ERP
solutions. During this time frame as many professional
services companies were implementing ERP solutions,
we focused on, and were highly successful in, delivering
large
Mission-critical Internet solutions. After their Y2K
efforts, many Fortune 500 companies shifted, and refocused
their IT resources towards
e-Commerce initiatives. Many of these early projects
have either failed or have yet to meet business expectations.
A
vast number of these failures occurred because many
project teams continued to employ Client/Server-based
system development processes and methodologies. While
these outdated processes and methodologies worked efficiently
to deliver information systems of yesterday, they are
incapable of delivering Internet solutions in today's
constantly evolving environment. Other failures based
on the latest web-based technologies occurred on systems
delivered to fit the latest industry hype instead of
catering to their client's true business requirements.

We
founded Ink2Web Technologies to reverse these trends
and help our clients to achieve success in this new
marketplace. Unlike many consulting firms, our focus
is the Internet and its implications to existing business
models, organizations, technology infrastructure, and
the end user's application. While others have failed,
we have succeeded by employing experienced Internet
architects and an unique methodology that was developed

delivering business information systems. Armed with
