Keith
Lough
Prior
to joining the company, Mr. Lough was Director of Supportability
at BDM Corporation. Mr. Lough has also held the positions
of President, President-elect, Treasurer and Region
VI Vice President on the National Emergency Management
Association (NEMA) Board of Directors. He has also served
as Chairman of the Disaster Assistance Committee and
was a principle contributor to the FEMA Requirements
Study and the NEMA review of the National Response Plan.
Mr. Lough is currently a member of the FEMA Advisory
Board and on the Executive Board of the National Institute
for Urban Search and Rescue.

Chao
Prior
to co-founding the company, Mr. Chao managed a successful
independent management consulting practice where his
major clients included a national telecommunications
company, a regional oil and gas company, an international
oil and gas company, a national bank, a regional bank,
the Texas Department of Public Safety, a wireless telecommunications
company, a public utilities company, and a national
finance company.
Woodrew
Chao
Prior
to co-founding the company, Mr. Chao leveraged his 16
plus years experience in Systems Design/Architecture
as a Management Consultant for companies such as Lucent
Technologies, ADC Communications, and Burlington Resources.
Dr.
Jen Que (Ed) Louie
He
has a Ph.D. in Bio-Medical Engineering and is a non-practicing
physician, with career expertise in computer forensics
investigative services, cyber risk management and mitigation
planning, data mining, data analysis and visualization,
and data warehousing. Dr. Louie brings specialized expertise
and experience in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability
Act (HIPAA) compliance regulations, health care business
processes, information systems, technical and physical
security, and data privacy best practices. Dr. Louie
has over 25 years' experience in development of information
systems architecture and data analysis, applying workflow,
statistical, neural networks, visualization, and other
innovative approaches for the private sector, military
logistics, and intelligence communities.
